What is this? A short jacket? A bolero? A cape? Or all three together? Yes! Very unusual piece. As if you had attached a round piece over a short waistcoat from behind. So you have to "search" for the armholes underneath ;-). Boiled wool, but different, soft and very comfortable to wear. Small shawl collar. Roll cuffs all over. The jacket is closed with a large safety pin (included). Perfect to wear during the lukewarm summer evenings :-)
