A beautiful sweatshirt fabric that is comfortable to wear. Here is a picture perfect sweater blouse. The blouse is slightly fitted. Towards the hem it becomes wider to a bell shape. The hem is odd. Beautiful round neckline. Double lined at the hem, cuffs and neckline with open cut edge forming light rolled cuffs. The highlight... the sleeves are cut short at the hem and provided with small ruffles. It looks so flattering!
